Preamble This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs the delivery of goods purchased through the online sales platform operated by Schweiz Trend Shop, a prospective business under Swiss law ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at https://schweiztrendshop.ch (for the Swiss market) and https://surprey.com (for the European Union market), collectively referred to as the "Shops." The Shops, hosted on the Shopify platform, offer gifts, toys, and games. This Policy complies with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), the Federal Act on Consumer Information (LwIG), Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), and Directive 2000/31/EC (E-Commerce Directive). It provides transparent information on shipping procedures, costs, and responsibilities and complements our General Terms and Conditions and Return and Refund Policy. By placing an order, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to this Policy.
Article 1: Scope and applicability 1.1 General scope This policy applies to all orders placed through the shops and describes shipping methods, delivery times, costs and related obligations for consumers (natural persons not acting for commercial purposes) and business customers.
1.2 Consumer protection Consumers residing in Switzerland or the EU benefit from mandatory protection provisions pursuant to Article 229 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (Switzerland) and Article 8 of Directive 2011/83/EU (EU), including clear pre-contractual information on delivery conditions, which are fulfilled by this Directive.
1.3 Changes We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect changes in shipping practices or legal requirements. Changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice in the stores and will take effect upon publication, in accordance with Article 2 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
Article 2: Shipping destinations 2.1 Swiss Shop The Swiss Shop ( https://schweiztrendshop.ch ) delivers to addresses within Switzerland, including all 26 cantons and to Liechtenstein, where applicable.
2.2 EU Shop The EU Shop ( https://surprey.com ) delivers to addresses in all member states of the European Union and selected additional countries (e.g., Norway, Iceland), subject to availability through shipping providers. A complete list of delivery countries is displayed during checkout.
2.3 Restrictions We do not deliver to PO boxes, military addresses or regions subject to international sanctions or export restrictions, according to the Swiss law on the control of dual-use goods and EU Regulation (EC) No. 428/2009.
Article 3: Shipping methods and costs 3.1 Available methods We offer the following shipping options, selectable at checkout:

3.2 Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and the selected method. The costs are displayed during checkout and include applicable VAT in accordance with the Swiss Value Added Tax Act (VAT Act) and EU Directive 2006/112/EC (EU VAT Directive). Rates:

3.3 Free Shipping Free standard shipping is offered for orders of 75 CHF or more at https://schweiztrendshop.ch and 75 EUR at https://surprey.com , as stated at checkout or in promotional campaigns.
Article 4: Delivery times 4.1 Estimated delivery Estimated delivery times, excluding processing time:

Delivery times begin with the order shipment and are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on the carrier and destination.
4.2 Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment, excluding weekends and Swiss holidays (e.g., Swiss National Day, August 1st). You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information, if available.
4.3 Delays We are not liable for delays due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes) or transport problems, as per Article 185 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. In the event of significant delays, we will inform you and work towards a prompt solution.
Article 5: Transfer of risk 5.1 Transfer of risk The risk of loss or damage shall pass to you upon:

Notification of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, pursuant to Article 74 of the Code of Obligations and Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
5.2 Inspection upon receipt You must inspect the goods upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 7 days to info@schweiztrendshop.ch , in accordance with Article 201 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Delayed notification may limit your rights, with the exception of consumer protection rights under EU law.
Article 6: Customs and import duties 6.1 Deliveries within the EU For destinations within the EU, prices include EU VAT. Within the EU internal market, no additional customs duties apply, in accordance with EU Directive 2006/112/EC.
6.2 Deliveries outside the EU For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., Norway), you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees in the recipient country. These are not included in the order value and must be paid upon receipt, in accordance with Swiss Customs Regulations.
6.3 Customs Declarations We prepare accurate customs declarations for international shipments and comply with Swiss and European export regulations. You must ensure that you comply with your country's import regulations.
Article 7: Shipping Issues and Solutions 7.1 Undelivered Orders If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@schweiztrendshop.ch within 30 days of shipment . We will investigate with the shipping provider and, in case of loss, offer a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs), in accordance with Article 191 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
7.2 Damaged or incorrect items. Please report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery to info@schweiztrendshop.ch . We will send you a prepaid return label and, after inspection, offer a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, in accordance with Article 205 of the Swiss Code of Obligations and Article 3 of Directive 1999/44/EC.
7.3 Undeliverable Orders If an order is returned as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, uncollected), we will contact you to resend or refund the order, less the original shipping and return costs. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address.

You bear the shipping costs for non-defective goods; we cover the costs for defective or incorrectly delivered items.
8.2 International Returns For returns from within the EU or outside of the EU, you must comply with customs requirements and use a trackable shipping method. Please retain proof of shipment.
