A blind box is a surprise box that contains one of several possible figures or designs, usually from a series with 6 to 12 different variants. Some series also contain rare and valuable "secret" editions. All of our products are in their original packaging and unopened, so no one knows which figure is inside.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details. Using the link in the email, you can track the status of your package step by step and see where it is currently located. If you have not received an email with the shipping details, please also check your spam folder.

• Standard shipping within Switzerland: Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
• Shipping to Europe: Delivery time varies depending on the country and is usually between 7 and 14 working days.
• Special collections or personalized orders may take 5-10 business days to ship, as in some cases they are ordered directly from the manufacturer.

Your order will typically be shipped within 2-3 business days of placing your order with standard shipping. Express shipping will ship the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

If you contact us by email with your order number, we will be happy to make the requested changes. Please send us your change requests as soon as possible.

You can cancel your order without penalty, but only before the order has been shipped. To cancel your order, you must send us an email with your order number to support@schweiztrendshop.ch . If your order has already been shipped, please wait until the package arrives. After that, you can send us an email for the return.

We offer a 14-day return guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that the product must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original condition, with all original packaging intact. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the full amount of your original order.
