SHIPMENT

You will receive an automatic confirmation when you place your order.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, subject to availability and credit card verification. This may take longer during special releases or holidays. Please note that Switzerland Trend Shop does not ship on weekends.

Switzerland Trend Shop will notify you via email of the current status and tracking once your items have been shipped. If a product is out of stock or sold out, you will be contacted by our customer service.

Switzerland Trend Shop is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit. All associated risks are borne by the courier service.

We invite you to try the items on at home. If an item does not fit properly, we will be happy to exchange it for a model in the correct size.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

To initiate a return, please send an email to support@schweiztrendshop.ch to request a return authorization.

Switzerland Trend Shop allows returns and exchanges within 14 days of the order date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and all original tags must be attached. The original invoice must accompany the return shipment. Otherwise, processing of the return may be delayed. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend insured shipping as we are not responsible if the package is lost by the parcel service.

If Switzerland Trend Shop determines that a product is not in its original condition, no refund or exchange will be issued and the items will be returned to you.
